US Region Program Offerings are open to all US service members and are held within the US time zones (Pacific or Central Time Zones). The available time zones will be listed under each program offering.

Eligibility:

US Active Duty transitioning Service Members within 180-days of end of service at program start. For eligibility exceptions see FAQs ataka.ms/MSSA-FAQ.
US National Guard and Reserve Members
US Veterans

All applicants MUST:

Attend or view a MSSA information session ataka.ms/MSSAvirtualbrief.
Complete the LinkedIn Learning training that corresponds to the MSSA learning path for which you are applying. You will be required to submit a certificate of completion during the application process.

Submit one of the following:
1. Basic Individual Record (BIR)
2. Basic training Record (BTR)
3. Transition Orders
4. Service Record Brief (SRM/ORB/ERB)
5. Leave and Earnings Statement (LES)

US National Guard and Reservist Members MUST:

Secure command approval to participate
Submit one of the following:
1. Basic Individual Record (BIR)

3. Transition Orders
4. Service Record Brief (SRB/ORB/ERB)
5. Leave and Earnings Statement (LES)

US Veterans MUST:

Submit a DD-214, proof of honorable or general discharge under honorable conditions
