• Create your MSSA applicant profile using an outlook.com email. If you don't have one, please go to outlook.live.com. We recommend the following format FirstName.LastName@outlook.com or FirstName.LastName1@outlook.com. If those email addresses are not available, you can try adding your middle initial, or try different number(s) after your name.
• Once your outlook account is created, you can sign in to the MSSA Applicant Portal.
